Tara Finley, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing in emergency, urgent care, and pediatric medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2017 and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Tara has built her career on a foundation of evidence-based medicine and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She has treated patients across the lifespan, but her true passion lies in pediatrics – partnering with children and their families to build trust and create meaningful, personalized care experiences.

Having served in both clinical and leadership roles, Tara brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise, professional growth and development, and a genuine love for helping others. She believes the best care starts with listening, educating, and working together as a team.

Outside of work, Tara cherishes time with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel with her family, curl up with the latest fiction novel, and explore new flavors in the kitchen. Her warm, approachable nature shines through in both her professional and personal life – making her a trusted and compassionate partner.
