Arizona Community Physicians Central Billing Office is pleased to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your bill. We have a team of Customer Service Representatives dedicated to working with our patients to provide quality customer service. Our Central Billing Office makes every attempt to collect the reimbursement from your insurance company for all services rendered by our providers. As a patient, please remember it is your responsibility to pay for any deductibles, co-insurance, or co-payment amounts at the time of your visit. Not all services are covered under all insurance contracts. If your insurance plan does not cover a service or procedure, you will be responsible for payment of the charges. If you received a statement from us, the amount due is either a patient responsibility amount after your insurance paid, your insurance did not respond timely to our claim, or your insurance denied our claim.
If you do not agree with the amount you are responsible to pay, we suggest that you first call the member services department of your insurance company (the phone numbers are on your insurance card) prior to contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives.
