Diana Bautista, DNP, FNP-C is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017 and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
Diana began her nursing career in 2003 and brings over two decades of clinical experience to her patients. She is a proud U.S. Army Veteran, reflecting a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and excellence in healthcare.
She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Frontier Nursing University. Her academic background also includes a Master of Science in Nursing (2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2013), both from the University of Phoenix. She completed her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2003 at Pima Community College. Diana is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals and families across the lifespan.
