Amanda Romaine completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2021 at the University of Arizona and is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Her doctoral research focused on the use of music therapy in the pediatric oncology population during painful procedures. Amanda also completed a traineeship with the University of Arizona Pediatric Pulmonary Center, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide care for children with asthma, cystic fibrosis, and chronic lung disease.

Prior to becoming a PNP, Amanda completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Arizona. Following graduation, she worked as a nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit for six years, providing care for critically ill children and their families.

Amanda enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with her family, and cooking with her partner, Tyler.
