Dr. Belokin grew up in Minnesota, went to college in Missouri and then medical school in Iowa at Des Moines University.

She completed residency at the University of Nebraska along with Offutt Air Force Base.  She went to medical school on a scholarship with the United States Air Force and was assigned to Davis Monthan Air Force Base after residency where she was a family medicine physician for 4 years. After completing her time at Davis Monthan, she decided to stay in Arizona and has been here ever since!

Dr. Belokin enjoys practicing full scope family medicine and has particular interests in women’s health, chronic disease management and preventive care.  She is passionate about working with her patients to educate them on their health and provide evidence based medical care.  She really likes taking time to get to know her patients and their families to best find ways to improve their health.

Outside of work, Dr. Belokin enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children.  She also enjoys working out, reading, watching her kids participate in their extracurricular activities and walking her dog! Dr. Belokin and her family are also big baseball fans – Go Cubs!!!
