Sara Kellogg, DNP, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice who brings nearly two decades of healthcare experience to her role.

Originally from the Midwest, Sara’s diverse background includes work as a theater costume designer, flight attendant and ESL educator in Japan, before she made her home in Tucson in 2012.

She holds bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University and Wagner College and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona.

Her clinical experience spans high acuity wound and vascular care, surgical oncology, palliative care, clinical medical research, and eight years in hospital emergency care. A graduate of a nationally accredited postgraduate nurse practitioner residency in family medicine, Sara is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in family practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, and roller-skating with friends.
