Job Summary

The Epic Reporting Analyst is a member of the team that supports all Epic application’s operational data and reporting requests.  Engages with users to understand their business operations, processes, and user needs.  Resolves problems, performs updates and edits to existing data extracts and reporting, and develops new data extracts and reporting.

While remote candidates will be considered, preference will be given to local candidates (residents of California, Oregon, Washington, and New York are not eligible for remote employment).

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Engage with end-users to understand specific data/reporting needs.
  • Develop Cogito reports based on Chronicles, Caboodle and Clarity data
  • Collect specifications, create documentation, and build dashboards, dashboard components, and reports
  • Research reporting inconsistencies by tracing back to source data
  • Create SlicerDicer sessions for organization-wide use
  • Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
  • May be assigned special projects and additional duties

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree in Data Analytics, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Cogito, Clarity Data Model, and Caboodle Data Model accreditation/certification are required
  • Cogito Tools Administration and Revenue Data Model accreditation/certification are preferred
  • Experience using advanced Excel features and techniques
  • Ability to evaluate data integrity and quality to ensure accuracy
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical, quantitative and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent judgment and ability to interact and communicate with a variety of people
