NOTICE: Avoid MyChart & Phishing Scams
Arizona Community Physicians have been made aware of various scam/phishing emails that are impersonating MyChart.
The messages sent may be referring to a “MyChart Medicare Kit” that is awaiting, “MyChart Safety Kit”, “MyChart Rewards” or “MyChart Health Package”. Patients may be asked to “claim their kit & rewards” by clicking a link or button and proving personal, financial, or MyChart log in information.
These messages are not associated with or sent by MyChart or Arizona Community Physicians. These emails are designed to take advantage of patient trust and steal information. They may offer rewards, contain spelling errors, or ask for urgent action.
If you have received these messages:
- Delete the email immediately.
- Do not click any links within the email, including any “unsubscribe” links.
- Do not reply to the email or provide any information.
Always verify the sender’s e-mail address before acting on an e-mail, official e-mails from Arizona Community Physicians or ACP MyChart will end with an @azacp.com at the end of the e-mail address.
If you are unsure of any MyChart related e-mail is legitimate, please contact ACP MyChart Support or call your doctor’s office.
