Job Summary
Performs chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures and tests in clinical laboratory, exercising significant independent judgment and responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Education: Associates or bachelors degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry or another science-related field.
Other Qualifications: Board certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or a similar agency.
