Our Billing Department is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our collaborative team in delivering excellence in the administration of medical billing processes. Our Billing Department is a large team with over thirty members and we currently have full-time positions available. This position is located in our Executive Central Business Office where employees enjoy a casual and professional work environment.

Responsibilities
Our Patient Billing Representative position is an entry level role in our Billing Department and is a good opportunity to begin a career in billing administration. This is a customer service role which represents our company to patients across all physician practice sites.
Responsible for answering and facilitating incoming patient calls to our Central Billing Office. Patient calls may include inquiries about billing statements, payments, insurance claim processing and other related needs. This position also provides support to billing team members involving claim management and other billing and collection processes.

Skills/ Requirements
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience is preferred. This position handles a high volume of phone calls which requires skills in communication and phone etiquette. There is also daily use of computers to facilitate patient calls. Successful candidates will have skills in being a team player and good follow through with responsibilities.
