Responsibilities Performing selected clinical and administrative duties that support patient care and clinical operations.
Requirements Candidates must have HS diploma or equivalent and successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Charge Entry Specialist

Responsibilities Charge Entry Specialists will utilize their expertise in ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS coding to perform a high volume of charge entry for multiple providers.

Accountant

Responsibilities Performs general accounting functions to include preparation of month end journal entries and financial statements. Assists with preparation of account reconciliations, cost reports and other comparative reports.
Requirements 3-5 year accounting experience with concentration in G/L, Payroll, A/P, and monthly financials. Candidate must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and PC based accounting packages. Applicant must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Previous healthcare and supervisory experience desired, but not required. Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.

Phlebotomist

Responsibilities Collects and routes blood and other specimens and conducts in-office lab tests.
Requirements HS diploma or equivalent. Candidates also must possess one of the following: 1) diploma from an accredited phlebotomy program, or 2) a certificate or other verifiable proof of completion of hospital training program, or 3) verifiable proof of at least 2 consecutive years of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities Responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of payment posting. Strives to maximize net professional revenues while providing outstanding customer service to both coworkers and management.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of experience in medical payment posting or medical billing. At least 2 years experience with 10-key. Teamwork skills and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities Maintains records and files to include creating, scanning, locating, logging, retrieving and delivering medical records. Also responds to outside requests for medical records information.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, six months of experience working as a medical records clerk in a clinic or outpatient setting, general clerical skills

Responsibilities Greeting patients, appointment scheduling, data entry, insurance verification, cashiering, record keeping and answering phones
Requirements Candidates must have HS diploma (or equivalent) and excellent verbal communication and general clerical skills. At least 1 year of experience performing front office functions preferred. Must be proficient with a computer and have experience answering phones.
