Billing Office is pleased to assist you with any questions you may have
regarding your bill. We have a team of Customer Service
Representatives that are dedicated to working with our patients to provide
quality customer service. Our
Central Billing Office makes every attempt to collect the reimbursement
from your insurance company for all services rendered by our providers.
As a patient, please remember that it is your responsibility to pay for
any deductibles, co-insurance, or co-payment amounts at the time of your
visit. Not all services are covered under all insurance contracts. If your
insurance plan does not cover a service or procedure, you will be
responsible for payment of the charges. If you received a statement
from us, the amount due is either a patient responsibility amount after
your insurance paid, your insurance did not respond timely to our claim or
your insurance denied our claim. If you do not agree with the amount you
are responsible to pay, we suggest that you first call the member services
department of your insurance company (the phone numbers are on your
insurance card) prior to contacting one of our Customer Service
Representatives.
